Quick & Dirty Pineapple Martini

I'm not kidding about the homemade pineapple-infused vodka. But I'm also not kidding that this will do nicely as a handy alternative. The beauty with this recipe is that you can keep the ingredients available in the bar/cupboard. The small pineapple juice cans are super-convenient and keep a long while.

As this is a martini, it is strong with these ingredient proportions. You may certainly make it less strong with more juice if you prefer more of a fruity cocktail.

Ingredients

• 1 jigger (1.5 oz) vodka

• 1 jigger (1.5 oz) pineapple rum

• 2 jiggers (3 oz) pineapple juice

Directions

1. Place your vodka glass in the freezer to chill it.

2. Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake for 20-30 seconds.

3. Take out your glass from the freezer, and strain martini into the glass.

4. Add an optional pineapple garnish, enjoy!
